  • 3 tablespoons mistletoe
  • 3 cups of water
  • Honey


  1. Prepare a tea using this herb by boiling it in water.
  2. Leave it to steep for the whole night.
  3. Next morning strain the mixture.
  4. Add few drops of honey to it.
  5. Drink it for at least three times in a day.

2. Mistletoe Tincture

  • Use 5 drops of this tincture.

3. Mistletoe + Lemon Balm Tea

You Will Need:

  • Mistletoe
  • Hawthorn
  • Lemon balm


  1. Take equal quantities of the herbs mentioned above.
  2. Let them steep for approximately 10 minutes.
  3. Strain the decoction and drink 1 cup in the morning.
  4. Consume another cup of tea at night time.

4. Mistletoe Drink

You Will Need:

  • 3 cups of cold water
  • 3 teaspoon of mistletoe


  1. Mix this herb in cold water and leave it overnight.
  2. Strain, heat up and drink 3 cups regular (unsweetened) the next morning.


1. This herb is safe, but it causes uterine contractions in pregnant ladies and hence must be avoided during pregnancy as it may result in labor.

2. Nursing mothers also must say no to the consumption of this herb.

3. Avoid taking this herb, if you are heart patient or if you had heart stroke earlier as it can slow down the heart rate.

4. In old people, use minimal dosage and avoid it for the kids less than two years of age.
